Failed to Load OptPack Bus Driver

When I tried to install the SmartST Pro V2 to my iPAQ H3850, the PPC said failed to load OptPack Driver, then it will delete the installation. Anyone know how to deal with it? The sustem shows the Expansion Pack icon but did not indicate it is Navman 3450, is the Navman 3450 bad?

Have you installed the Navman Serial Driver, available from here. You need to remove the sleeve then soft-reset the iPAQ. Then connect the iPAQ to your PC and run the downloaded file. Once it's installed, disconnect the iPAQ from the PC, soft reset it again and then put the sleeve on and see if that's made any difference.
