Hello Ian

You should just be able to use your old reg number if you have not changed your PDA.

There should be a copy of POI-Warner on your main PC, just double click it when your Pocket PC is connected via ActiveSync, or as you say, download it then use your original reg number.

Have you activated the poi's in POI-Warner, if you have then I would try copying the Icon files to the poi folder again via ActiveSync.

Also in POI-Warner, make sure that the settings are correct as it is possible to have them activated but not showing, just check all of the settings.

Hello Ian

Easy mistake when setting it up after a hard reset, if you connect to your mio168 via ActiveSycn when you have it all setup again the way you like it, then on the ActiveSync Tools menu, select Backup and do a FULL Backup, then if you have to do a hard reset then you can just load everything back again without all the hassle, just make sure before trying to do a restore that the Regional settings (on you mio168) are the same as when you backed it up or it will say that the backup file is not correct.
