Hi
ok you know when you are approaching a POI it shows you an icon of what you are approaching on the screen. what I want to know is if there is away I can make my own icon so when I approach my house, and its saved as a fav already, I want to see a little icon of my house on the screen, is this possible and if so what will I need. |

Just forgot to add, what im hoping to do is take a picture of my house and have that as the little icon on the screen, so it shows me im coming near to my home. |

The largest icon is only 22x22 pixels so you wouldn't get very good definition.
Most icons are produced with something like MS Paint at 22x22, or smaller, with 256 colours.
With something like Paint Shop Pro you might be able to reduce it to 22x22, but I don't know how it would render the colours. _________________ Richard

A further limitation is that the icons have to be 8 bit paletted - 16 bit .BMPs crash at least some TomTom software. They really are icons rather than pictures.
