I've just picked up TTN3 and an ipaq hx2410 (after advice from the forum members) from superEtrader. The next day delivery was here by 10 this morning. Well happy, with it all so far, and before other customers ask, its a #ABU coded UK model (just made a note to them on the order form that it would be returned if it wasnt UK spec). _________________ TT 730 |

I bought a Mio 269 from superetrader (http://www.superetrader.co.uk.):
Unfortunately, the unit doesn't seem to work - freezes on powerup and sits there with a picture of a road going off to a mountain
I've struggled to get much of a response from them so far -
OK, so it's a Saturday, but it would have been good to be able to speak to someone instead of listening to the "due to volume of calls......send us an email" message. So be aware, no support over the WE.
Had been quite impressed up to now. |

Some more comments on my experiences with Superetrader, now relating to them operating on a normal business day, Monday, rather than Saturday:
I've still found them extremely unresponsive - constant chasing needed on my part to get a response.
They decline to send a new unit until they have inspected the faulty unit.
They insist that I pay for all shipping back to their base for the faulty unit.
They decline to refund my money unitil they have inspected the unit to confirm that it doesn't work, despite my offer to sit with them on the phone and carry out any test they care to ask me to perform.
I've still managed to get absolutely no technical support for the problem at all as "All our technical staff are on the phone".
Maybe other suppliers are like this, but in future I will avoid these guys. |
