I have recently had a problem with my iPAQ not shutting down. Despite killing all processes showing as running the bluetooth keeps flashing. I usually end up soft-booting to clear. I have recently been recording tracks using my Memory-map and have installed Crux_view but I cant see why they would stop it shutting if they are not showing as running.
Any suggestions?
Thanks - Paul

hmm does it shut down when you dont start any of applications or does it always not allow you to close the PDA off. If it alows you to shut down after a soft reset then i think you might have to try some programs and test the PDA to see if it does or does not allow you to shut down.

Thanks Steven - With a futher look it seems that the Bluetooth is what stops it switching off. If I disable Bluetooth then all is ok - just have to remember to switch it on again.
