Is there an easy camera download programme

Hi, I have just got a Mitac 169, and would like to set up safty camera data base, one page in Pocket GPS says download extract an copy sc-0V2
and bmp, I have tried but they will not paste in, any help welcome.

We nned to knwo what software you are running not the hardware. I've never heard of a Mio 169, did you mean 168?
