MorpethMobiles - Excellent Service

Having given up on getting a reply from Easydevices, I was advised by gpsforless.co.uk (at no charge, and no profit to them - also brilliant service) to try ebay for a Speaker Mount to suit by Loox + TomTom setup.

Found this place (MorepethMobiles) selling Arkon mounts for £29, and got myself a (Silvershield?) amplified speaker mount for my Loox + TomTom for £18! Pretty neat mount too - Cigarette lighter lead to the crable, socket for the GPS to plug into on the bottom of the mount and the PDA just slots in the top - cushioned arms with a push-button release. Very neat and integrated.

Bought it on Friday evening, arrived on Tuesday morning, no lead but I expected that as there was a note on the site before I ordered that said TomTom leads were out of stock but expected soon. Lead arrived this morning!

I think that's brilliant - they could have hung on to my cash for the week and kept me waiting, but instead sent my mount ASAP and then (with no extra postage charge) sent the lead as soon as it came into them.

Now if only my Brodit mount would arrive from HandNav. But since the order was only relased and "Processed" on the 3rd March I suppose I shouldn't expect much until April ...

I've used these people as well. I needed a serial port to ipaq lead and rather than the £30 odd inc delivery from mots PDA places opted for a look on eBay and found one (from MorpethMobiles) inc postage for £5. Paid and received very quickly and is working very well.
