POI Warner

I have a Toshiba 330 . Two weeks ago I purchased Tom Tom Nav 3. Instaled the software. Two days later I purchased the POI Warner installed the software. The cobination worked for about 2 - 3 hours then I was told I had an unreliable GPS signal. I tried in vain to correct this . I then did a hard reset of the PDA reinstalled the software including POI Warner. I ws unable to get a GPS signal. Did another hard reset installed Navigator software not the POI warner. The Navigation software seems to work fine 90% of the time.
Q1 How do I get them to work in unison
Q2 Does any body know of any conflicts in the software
Q3 Is the problem software or harrdware
PS I have tried using the software (Tom Tom Nav 3) with both the update disk and without I still get the same problem.
Please can someone help?????
