quickest/shortest on TT3 help!

Hi i've been using TT3 on my ipaq 2210 now for nearly a year, but i'd like to change the setting from quickest route to shortest, but cant find out where to do it?
Could somebody please help me? yep,i'm a bit of a failure when it comes to altering it!!

You cannot alter it.

What you can do is go to map mode, plan a route from A to B and set the mode to shortest.

However, as soon as you force a recalculation (by not following the advice) it will snap back to "quickest"

This is a well known "feature" of TTN 3, and is only (supposedly) fixed in version 5
