Holux GR-231 and iPaq rx3715

I have an iPaq rx3715 running WIndows Mobile 2003 Second Edition 4.21.1088 (Build 14132).

I have TomTom Navigator V2.24.2 (363)

I have purchased a Holux GR-231, but am unfortunately unable to get it to work.

I have set up the GR-231 as a partner and connected. It shows outgoing on COM8 connected. No incoming connection.

GPSViewer scans but finds no device.

Am I doing something wrong?

Discovered that the GPS software with Tom Tom clashes with the Holux GPSViewer. Uninstalled the Tom TOm GPS software, and the Houx GPS Viewer works fine now. However, the Navigator will not launch now??

Fixed. Requires TomTom 3 as the TomTom GPS does not recognize COM port 6. TT3 does.
