Macaffee firewall and windows XP

Just in case anyone encounters this problem, this is the sloution provided by Navman support.

When I first connected the 510 to my PC and tried to download POIs I got a message saying 'no storage on device'. I installed the service pack and fom then on got a message telling me there was a fault with the 510. Navman tech support suggested I make sure that my firewall was disabled but this didn't help. The solution was to completely uninstall Macaffee firewall. A bit inconvenient but problem solved.
