Software for Palm m515

I know, it's a little old, but i have a Palm m515 with OS v4.1
I bought a Navman GPS500 receiver and got Smartpath city and trip with it. The thing is that the software is pretty old and newer roads and exits on motorways are not shown which is confusing. I wasn't able to retrieve any updates for it either.

Does anyone know if there is better GPS software for a Palm m515? I saw there are loads of interesting ones but the problem is my palm is getting on a bit and there aren't many that are compatible with my OS.

There's probably no options for such an old Palm. Newer software, such as the version of TomTom Navigator for Palm OS, tend to require Tungsten machines or at least something later than the m515.
