What do you want to do with the system, and where in the world are you? It helps if you set the location in your Profile.

I can't even get the GPS to work at all so far,

I can see the memory ok.

I had Windows Mobile 2003SE installed this morning and now reinstalled the Windows Mobile 2003, and still nothing.

I am new to this so its got to be something small I am missing

Run some software that looks at the GPS output (such as Leadtek (Winfast) Navigator), and leave the whole system with a clear view of the sky for 15 minutes. Do you get a position fix then?
