Can I get any old SD card and put it into my IPAQ and copy the files from the 128mb one?

Also I do not have a card reader how can i copy the files from 1 sd card to the other?

Do I need to copy the windows pocket pc 20003 files accross aswell or are they stored on the actual IPAQ itself?
