HELP ME POIWarner sync-service

HELP HELP HELP this is all new to me did i say i need some HELP
as soon as i connect to ActiveSync it defaults to the POIWarner screen and a pop up box appears with a yellow warning triangle and it reads :-
The sync-service for the overlay UK Redlight and 40 belongs to the non-free supply of the POI-Service-Provider. Please register to use this part of the service on the site of the POI-Service-Provider

I want to install the speed camera data i have downloaded

SetupCheckPOInt_PPC2002.exe
soundfiles
PoiEdit_v32.exe
pocketgps_uk_sc.zip
SoundFiles_English.zip
and i have paid my 19 euros

where do i go from here

any HELP or ADVISE would be a god send
