Im a new pda/tom tom user and I want to download the poi database to my pda.
Details
Tom Tom 3
Checkpoint 3.1.3.0 already installed
latest pocket gps uk zip downloaded from web page to laptop.
Problem.
Web page says Copy the POCKETGPS_UK_SC.OV2 and POCKETGPS_UK_SC.BMP to sd card. However they are not in the latest download.
Can I use the UK Gatso (pocketgps_uk_gatso) instead and the other relevant BMP file or could you advise on the most suitable and where to get it.

I have copied CAMERAS-uk-ov2 to my sd card (great bitain map).
How do i get the ov2 file to appear on the overlay settings page?
Your help is very much appreciated.
I am determined to master this process and develop my limit it skills.

You will find them under the "folder" "Not syncronized".
And yes, - you will not see the icon's in this category because they dont belong to CheckPOInt..., but CheckPOInt will work with them. _________________ Gunnar Nystul, Forum Admin, TomTom Forum Norway and Nystul Navigasjon |
