Hello all...yes, I'm a newbie.
Just got the TomTom Nav 2004 (pocket pc bluetooth) and install the software. However, for some unknown reason, I cannot activate the software. Yes, I have been to the site, confirmed my product and device codes but the stupid software tells me my activation code (which was provided my www.ttcode.com) is not correct. The fricken online help tells me the obvious (make sure codes are entered correctly) so I am now here. PLEASE HELP!!!!

I purchased it from dbuys.com. The product came completely sealed and brand new. I have been researching this all day and found that others have run into this problem of activating the PDA side software. Everything seems to be working fine except for the activation code. I even checked my pc registry and found the codes (3) match what is in the PDA. Yet, when I put in the activation code provided by the website...same as in my registry...it says the code is invalid. |

Tell TomTOm support to cancel that code and issue you a new one. Let us know if they don't want to help.

| Well, emailed TT, told them my problem and they sent a new product code. Got the activation code and everything is okay. So........although I have read about this being a bad isse with TT, it was really easy to fix. Just wanted to pass it on. |
