Hi JLW,
You can't run to GPS programs at the same time, but if you delete the TT GPS Driver and install an older version, say GPS 2.07, which can be downloaded from this website.

The situation is easier than that these days.
Many people find that with GPS 3.07, they can use multiple programs without having to mess around; TomTom GPS it does still hook into the Bluetooth stack on many Pocket PCs, but it's less invasive than older versions. GPS 3.07 doesn't hook in on my iPAQ hx4700, and probably any other devices using the new Broadcom 1.5.0 Bluetooth stack that has 'default serial' functionality allowing you to choose a device to be used for outgoing Serial Port Profile connections by default (see Lutz' review of his iPAQ 6300 for details).
If TomTom GPS is interfering with your Bluetooth stack, you can remove the hook into the Bluetooth stack by turning off Bluetooth, soft reset, Start Menu, Settings, System tab, Remove Programs, tap on TomTom ~ GPS and tap Remove, then tap OK if you're asked to in order to soft reset.
If you wish to install an older version of GPS I recommend that you follow these instructions however many times it takes for you not to find TomTom ~ GPS in Remove Programs before installing the older version. It may take following the instructions twice before this happens.
