Can anyone help i have tom tom 3 with speed camera on and would like to know if i can just run tom tom without a destination so it tells me when there is speed cameras coming up without going to a destination any help much appreciated.

..hi i run tom tom on the hp nav pack...when in nav mode,not destination mode...go to view map..in here under options u should be able to check/uncheck...warn if poi on route...not to sure if tt3 is the same...give it a whirl... Idea

Hi davee,

all I do is start CheckPOInt first let that start TT3 then when in navigator view select the option to "Turn Guidance Off" this then lets you get auible warnings for your speed cameras.

Big thanks for both reply's the one from shadow was spot on as i am running a hp nav ipaq with tom tom 3 works a treat thanks again.

Hi again got last post wrong the reply from carbon was spot on to run checkPoint first to start TT3 and turn guidance off Big thanks again
