Rikaline 6021 x6 + HP iPaq 2210. Software bug?

There is a program called "GPS6020 Viewer" that comes on the supplied CD. When I tried to install it, the program tells me that it requires "eMbedded Visual Basic Runtime for Windows Mobile-based Pocket PC 2003" which I must download from Microsoft. I downloaded the package and installed on my iPaq, after that "GPS6020 Viewer" has been installed successfully. But when I press "Open Port" button (the appropriate port is set), I see NMEA message sequences and after a couple of seconds the program starts to constantly throwing error messages: "An error was encountered while running this program: Type mismatch: 'FormatNumber'" and/or "An error was encountered while running this program: Variable is undefined: 'Default'". Suggestions?..
