Speed camera info for Navman PIN 300

Hi Chaps & Chapesses!
I too am a newcomer so would a lot of gentle treatment would also be appreciated!! I need a little help - I've downloaded the Safety Camera Data for my Navman PIN300 (running v3 software) as per the "Navman Instructions" & everything appears to go well until I almost complete part 7 when after cliicking OK, a few seconds later a pop up box appears saying "No POI's found in input file". I can get no further than that. Can anybody help me please.

When you edited the CSV file and removed the first line, did you double click it and open it in Excel ? This usually is the main problem for the POI not found message. What you will need to do is go back to step one, extract the CSV again from the ZIP file and replace the one you have, but run NOTEPAD.EXE and open the CSV file in this and remove the first line and re-save it. This should then work and get you passed point 7.
