TomTom on HP Jornada and postcodes

Hi,
I'm running TomTom 3 on an HP Jornada which runs Windows CE version 3.0.9348
Can I get a UK postcode add on for this, the ones I've tried are written for Pocket PC 2002 or 2003? Help please

Unfortunately software support for old Pocket PC 2000 machines, particularly those that are not ARM based (which, if I remember rightly, includes the old Jornadas) has all but dried up now.
