Altimeters

Anyone out there know of a way of displaying an altimeter on a TomTom3 Navigator window?

You will have to use the TomTom Navigator SDK to do that. Or use GPSgate and another GPS application that does display altitude.

Be warned that the altitude reading iis flaky at best (higher DOP) and outright wrong at times (chipset sending the wrong correction data).

Altitude just isn't important enough for what TomTom does - namely street navigation.
