Help help, please

Hi,

I have a big prob in getting FIX. with my GPS Tomtom BT.
I performed sevral tests, in different areas but the result is now allways the same, TT Nav. shows the bars in grey and very rarely in red. In fact I can say never in red because, it happened only twice in the 2 passed days and each time for 1 second lighted in red.

Any idea, or help please.

You are doing these teset outside, with good sky view, right?

Is the green light permanently on?

Hi lbendlin,
yes I was doing the tests out side in clear area.
Any way I have to inform u that I did already posted a message in TT section and Dave replied to it. The problem was apparently due to Almanac corrupion. I solved it by completly discharge the battery until there is no more power. Then I recharged it and all came back as before working perfectly good.
