Windows 2003 upgrade

Just bougt an IPAQ 5500 running windows 2003. Gave my IPAQ 3970 running 2002 to my friend, can we update this to 2003? If so how, can I use my disc or is it a download from the web?

The upgrade kits are still available from HP - though they are about to be discontinued and are unfortunately far from cheap. Assuming you're in the UK, see this page.

I upgraded my iPAQ 3970 to Pocket PC 2003 and have no regrets about doing so - I think it was a much better machine afterwards for variuos reasons.
