Can anyone give me an idea what are the disadvantages/advantages of using palm os and/or WinCE-based PDAs?

Could you be a bit more specific, please? For instance, (dis)advantages over what other product? (Dedicated GPS unit, laptop, etc..)

I don't think the question is regarding any particular piece of hardware, but of the (dis)advantages of Palm OS PDA's over Window's-based PDA's.
