Tried something like this once before, and didn't get much of a response, so here goes again.
I have a choice of buying:
1) The HP Navigation pack from TomTOm
or
2) TomTom Navigator 3 and the HP 2210.
I can't decide, money aside for a moment. The faster HP 2210, but the older software, which may not be upgradeable for a while, if at all. Or the slower pda, but with the latest software.
From a financial viewpoint the Navigation pack is cheaper, even after upgrading to include the full euro maps, and larger memory card. As I don't currently have a GPS, I will not feel as though I am missing out on something by buying the newer software, but am concerned that perhaps the lack of processor power may let it down. Of course the newer software may be more optimised than the previous version, thus alleviating the need for so much power.
Can anyone give me some advice, suggestions etc, please.
Ta very much.

Take TTN3 with the 2210 - the TTN2004 has less features, and has the same map data. _________________ Lutz

You mean does the 2210 work with TTN3?
Yes, the issues ocurr when using a BT GPS and maps on SD. I store maps on Cf with my 2210 and have never had any problems, it's my workhorse test unit, used daily and never let me down yet! _________________ Darren Griffin |

2210 with TTN3 works fine for me and at there are some great deals on 2210 at the moment.
