Possible cure for double POI message

I hope this may be of use to others, but this is still only a test, but I have reduced the three overlay camera bases to go from Cambridge down to the South Coast, sorry for anyone north of Cambridge at the moment, I have asked if they can be posted on the forum, but if they cannot, anyone willing to try then is welcome to email me and I will send them by return. any ov2 file must also have its corresponding bmp put into the "Great-Briton-Map" directory and set to be used as before.
Please remember there may be mistakes, they may still stutter sometimes, and they don't go higher than Cambridge!
