The BT GPS receiver that ships with CoPilot for smartphone - I am assuming this has a battery within it. If this is the case, what happens when the ignition is swtiched off cutting off the power supply to the receiver - will it remain on until the battery runs out, or does it have a auto power off switch? Thanks |

So does the receiver have a removable battery? I want it to power off immediately after turning off ignition.
Thanks |

For certain values of removable, it depends how keen you are to keep your warranty.

With the caveat above, if you don't mind getting your hands dirty, that's not going to be too difficult. |
