program for multi-drop delivering work

does anyone know if there is some sort of program for TomTom3 whereby you can input a load of post codes or addresses then see them all on the map, thereby giving you enough information in which you could route an area and decide in which order to do them in?

May be this is more manual than you would like but I think it is the best your going to get.

Use Niels Thomsen excellent program [url]www.digitools.co.uk [/url] to find a Postcode on TT's map. Create a POI at that point. Repeat the exercises for all you delivery points. Now plan your route using TT's itinerary option.

In fact you don't even have to create the postcode locations as POIs. Once the postcode program has found a location you can add it straight to the itinerary.

Now all you have to do is tweak th itinerary to give your preferred route

sounds interesting.
i use postcode all the time but never thought of adding poi like that.
the only drawback i can see is the amount of time it would take to add them all in to begin with, especially as i do about 30 drops a day.
might try it out tomorrow as an exercise just to see though.
