hard reset on a IPAQ 3850???

Does anyone know how to do a hard reset on a IPAQ 3850, i would also like to know is it possible to downgrade it from pocket PC 2003 to 2002 because I have had nothing but trouble since I upgraded

hard reset - disconnect the iPAQ from power, then press the two outermost buttons and the reset button at the same time (and make sure nobody watches you because it looks stupid).

The machine will switch off if you were successful. If it comes back on by itself then it was no hard reset. If the machine went off then you need to connect it to power to get it starting again.

Reflashing of your old 2002 is no problem. Just take your old backup and restore that. You have done a backup, right? 8O
