Can get tomtom Navigator 3 working with HP h1940

Hi

I have a HP iPAQ h1940 and a Tomtom navigator 3 GPS (Bluetooth)...

I just can't get the thing working. ..
When I have connected the GPS to the Pocket PC, I can see the signal strength, and it it's "Just right", however I can't see any activity (Sent and received = 0 bytes)

Does anyone have any clue what might be wrong ?

Within the BlueTooth manager of the 1940, connect to the serial port offered by the GPS receiver. This should start the data stream
