Bluetooth Sync Problems

OK, I have a 5450 running 2002. When I try to active sync via bluetooth I can succesfully connect on my first attempt. everything syncs great from Outlook, and files that I require. However, subsequent attempts to sync with the same connection just leaves the green icon whirling around endlessly. The iPaq does connect to the computer via bluetooth, but the problem seems to be with active sync itself.

I have a second 4150 that syncs perfectly with the same computer time after time with no problems. I do not try to connect both together, when I want to use my 5450 there is no other partnership, guest or otherwise being used.

I have followed the tutorial on how to connect to the letter, and as I say the unit does connect to the computer, but cannot sync. Any suggestions
