Now remind me again what this question has to do with GPS?

Digianswer used to have one but now they're bought by Motorola, and appear to be pretty buttoned up.

I remembered one thing - there is a tool that's supplied standard with the Widcomm stack - it's called BT Server Spy. Have a look if that helps.
