Virgin looking for advice on PDA/GPS bundle

Help! I am looking to buy a PDA and a GPS system to use in Northern Ireland and England. I have used 2 Psions in the past (until the screen cables broke) mostly for database and letters. I am therefore wanting to get a PDA, (maybe 2210) for the same use but want to add a GPS. I am thinking of a GPS CF card or wired, as bluetooth can be patchy they say? After reading your letters I obviously need maps by NavTeq to cover N. Ireland. Can anyone advise on PDA, GPS and software which will all work together. Maybe £400 to £500 price tag. Thank you.

Databasing on the Pocket PC and Palm isn't that great, Access isn't available on PPC, but there are other database utils but you'll probably have to convert data between two formats, not ideal. Personally I'd leave that out of the equation.

For Northern Ireland coverage at the moment I'd go for CoPilot Live 5 when it hits the stores. I think you'll find it's going to be around the £499 mark.
