Tom Tom 3 Back up Favorites ???

Hi could someone help, I using Tom Tom 3, There is a problem it has crashed 3 times in the 2 weeks, I loose all my favorites and have to restart Tom Tom from start, Is there a way to back up the favorites ?.

Hi Tony,

I don't know about backing them up, but my boyfriend had this same problem and what he did was create a POI file (e.g. Friends and Family) to store the locations previously contained in his Favourites section.

This way, if you do have problems again, if you've kept the Favourites section completely free of information, you won't lose any of your locations.
