Routebuddy 2.6 for Mac OS X released

pocketgpsworld.comRoutebuddy, the Mac OS X GPS mapping application has now been updated to v2.6.

Almost unique in the Mac world, Routebuddy is an advanced mapping application for Mac OS X that provides full GPS support with map data from various sources including Ordnance Survey.

Both topographical and vector road maps are supported and the application can be used with Garmin, TomTom and many other NMEA standard GPS receivers. It can import and export data in .gpx and .kml formats and offers full routing and turn-by-turn finctionality.

The 2.6 update is a maintenance release which fixes a number of issues and enhances functionality. A demo version is available for download from the Routebuddy website at www.routebuddy.com/download/.

Routebuddy requires Mac OS X 10.4 or later and costs £66.43 + VAT.
