Another speed camera, which until recently only monitored red lights, is now also able to catch speeding drivers.
This time the camera is on a busy Leicestershire road, Glen Hills Way.
The initiative is part of the Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Safety Camera Partnership plan to upgrade five "speed on green" devices.
Explaining a delay in the process, a spokesman said: "Due to technical and commissioning issues with the new digital technology, our other three speed on green cameras have not been operational. However, the Glen Hills Way camera will become operational this week."
The two that have already been activated are on the A47 Hinckley Road in Leicester and Redhill Way in Birstall.
The other sites in the pipeline are on the A5460 Narborough Road at Fullhurst Avenue, and the A6 St Margaret's Way at Ravensbridge Drive.
