| CES 2011 - Magellan Announce eXplorist 301 and Roadmate 9055

 Magellan have announced two new devices, the Roadmate 9055 PND and the eXplorist 310 Handheld.
The Roadmate 9055 is a huge 7-inch screened monster PND aimed at the US market. With Bluetooth and lifetime traffic, maps of the 50 US states and Canada for $299.99.
The eXplorist 310 is a handheld GPS for the outdoors. Retailing at $199.99 is sports a 2.2 inch colour screen withy a ruggedised, weatherproof case. On top of the usual handheld GPS features, the eXplorist 310 has support for geocache usage and is able to sort and search thousands of geocaches.
It comes pre-loaded with Magellan World Edition maps and uses 2 x AA batteries for power. More information at www.magellangps.com.
