By subscribing you agree to the terms and conditions as stated below:
We are committed to fair commerce: Consumers have shown a preference for service providers who permit payment of recurring bills by electronic payment and can therefore be provided payment convenience and uninterrupted service. However we understand that not all subscribers want automatic renewal so we allow payments to be cancelled at any time. Log in to your PayPal account. Click Profile at the top of the page. Click the Recurring Payments link in the Financial Information column. Find PocketGPSWorld.com and click the View Payment link. Click the Cancel button.
Subscribers will receive an advice about automatic renewal before it happens. This will act as a reminder before any money is drawn. We will also refund anyone who misses the advice or forgot that their membership would be automatically renewed and complains after the event. So even if the payment is taken in error it will be refunded in all circumstances as long as speed camera updates are not downloaded after renewal.

Your subscription allows you to use the Speed Camera Warning Database on supported devices owned by you or members of your immediate family who live at the same address up to a maximum of four devices.
You may not copy, share or disseminate the data to other parties other than those as permitted by our subscription terms. A number of fluid, changeable methods are in place that allow us to easily identify copied versions of the Speed Camera Warning Database. All individual downloads and batches of the Speed Camera Warning Database can be identified both to a particular download and member. If we discover you have breached any of these terms the remainder of your subscription may be forfeited and your membership of our web-site terminated at our discretion.
The subscription options available here are for non-business users only. Business or other multiple usage users should email business-licence@pocketgpsworld.com with details of your requirements for an individual licence quotation.
