how to connect RJ11 tomtom2 receiver to Brodit active holder

I've buy a brodit active holder with only 3 cables for connections : RX, TX and ground. My RJ11 connector from my TOMTOM receiver mouse has 4 colored cables. I think that this receiver is a Leadtek 9532. This type of receiver seems to need 5V power...
Does anyone can explain me if I'm right and if connecting 5V power on my GPS receiver is the solution.
What are the corresponding colours for my connection...?

yes, that's the solution

red - 5V
black - ground
RxD/TxD - try it out, if it doesn't work, swap them around.
