PDAMODS ARE A DISASTER!

I just thought I'd like to put a bit of reality into the whole PDAMODS are brilliant brigade.

My experienc e of this company was anything but pleasant. They made a mistake with my order, sent me out the wrong product and then when I tried to get it changed made my life hell.

They accused me of abusing their staff, a lie! I proved this by uploading all the correspondence I'd had with the company, when I did this they went strangely silent. No wonder as the emails prove just how patient I'd been and correspondingly how ignorant they'd been. Evil or Very Mad

I'm still waiting for an apology from them. Thank God it only cost me £20, beware if you trade with them as it WILL cost you more!

Still, makes one wonder just how impartial this whole thing is?

You've been made aware that this company trades under at least ten different names, and rips people off, and still you jump in to defend them!

I understand that your in somewhat of a difficult position. You take advertisements from this company and then us annoying dissatisfied customers pop up shouting that your sponsors are far from shining examples of good business.

To be honest I applaud you for letting us bang on for so long.

I wish you well, and hope that when this nasty little company does eventually fold, it in no way reflects back on you or your otherwise excellent web site.

You can relax now, I won't bother posting again.
