Warning: Kirrio ship out of date maps and software

I have just bought the Kirrio ViaMichelin GPS Navigation Wire Pack 1 for my Palm Tungsten E, its pretty good. However, a word of warning, it ships with the now out of date Mapsonic 1.3. In order to get the latest maps and software you have to buy the Mapsonic software again seperately. You do get a 50Euro discount if you upgrade from version 1.3 but you're still looking at spending an extra 80Euro for the pleasure of having accurate road information. I asked Kirrio why they didn't make it clear that the pack shipped with out of date software and maps. Their answer:
