Another thumbs up for Garmin customer service

Had one of the little metal clips ping off as i removed the battery cover this week Wouldn't normally be a major problem but my car adapter fell apart last week as i pulled it out, with the spring shooting the bits everywhere! One email to garmin and the replacements are on there way, very good customer service!! :D :D :D

I agree. Their customer service is the reason I bought my Nuvi 360.

My girlfriend bent the power socket in the unit when it fell off the screen after being badly mounted. After this I could only use batteries.

Garmin gave me an RMI number straight away and said they would replace it. Whilst packing it up I accidently dropped it and smashed the screen to bits. I sent it off anyway and a week later I had a brand new unit with me. No questions asked :D
