Humph! I opened my 6.11.6 beta and asked it to look for updates; it didn't find any! Thanks for the link. _________________ Tim |

Errrmmmm
Please note:
This patch is only applicable for all versions of the MapSource United States TOPO product. It will not affect any other MapSource product.
Could be why it don't work |

You are mistaken. That US TOPO patch is a separate file which just happens to appear on the same page. The Mapsource update works fine with all my maps, be they EU or US, CitySelect or CityNavigator in multiple guises. _________________ Tim |

Tim,
Do you find Mapsource a little sluggish? |

In what respect? I can scroll around the screen as usual, with fluidity, so I'd say 'No'. I like the minimap, by the way. _________________ Tim |

I loaded both beta versions and removed them as they were very slow to open and re-draw.
6.12.2 is faster but not as fast on opening or re-draw, as 6.11.5 or 6.11.6
It has been mentioned on the 'other' websites - about the 'sluggishness'!!! |

Have you 'ended' the route by pressing 'Esc'? If so, you should have one route showing on the Route tab. _________________ Tim |

Just found out that after 8 hours of working out my routes for my work that the damn thing does not upload the routes, just uploads them as waypoints.
Oh well back to pen and paper I suppose:) |
