Updating where u are?

Hi, I was playing with my GPS today, I decided I would add a new speed camera to my database, so without planning any route! (Who would plan a route to a Speed Camera :-)) I drove pass the camera, pressed the hardware button assigned in CheckPOint to record it! Drove along the road and did the same again,

Well what a surprise I had when I got home

all the locations are where I last planned a route to!

So in short without planning a route can I get TTN2 to show where I am currently?

TTN2 will always show where you are providing you have a GPS fix and you switch to map screen, you'll get like a cross hair circle.

If you don't have the "Keep GPS position on screen" option selected (Properties, Advanced tab, under Map view), as I don't, then, in the Map view, you can double tap on the area of the screen at the top right where the number of satellites in the current positioning solution is displayed.

That will move the map to the current GPS position - or the last valid GPS position if you don't currently have a valid position.

Umm not to be seeing to doubt you but, mine did not! I know this as I tried it in both the navigator and map mode! And found the arrow never moved! I did have a satellite lock (7) any ideas?
