If you register in the app as a new users, it creates a CA_xxxxx (or for Android CA_xxxxx) user account.
To access an existing subscription you need to link the app to your account using your user-name and password.
The manual can be found here: http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/cameralert.php, _________________ Darren Griffin |

Hi Darren,
I thought that’s what I did - maybe doing it whilst suffering from a migraine was not the best idea! Thanks for your help.
Tim
ps If I see a tweet from you about somebody being extremely thick today I will know to whom you are referring ;-) |

Currently I see one iPhone and one Android Phone on your account.
If both can access downloads then you did it all correctly and all is well. If you can't then you didn't and I'll be tweeting _________________ Darren Griffin |

Hi Darren,
I have managed to get my hands on the wife's new android now its not quite so new, and I think what I did was create a new account and then link my subscription?
Why I did that - let's put it down to the migraine!
If I email you the account name could you delete the account?
Cheers |

No need, the process as it stands at the moment necessitates a CA_XXXXXX or CAA_XXXXXX account be created on first install, regardless of whether the users holds an existing subscription.
It was configured like that with good reason but we've changed systems now and so will be looking to remove this necessity if you are an existing subscriber.
Don't worry about the CAA_XXXXX account. _________________ Darren Griffin |
