If I buy TTN2 will I be able to run TTN1 on the same pocket pc? I obviously don't mean at the same time. I have moved to France from the UK and would like to buy the TTN2 France set, all the while keeping my old TTN1 UK set working too.
Is this possible?
TIA,
Rory. |

No you won't Rory, when you install TomTom Navigator 2 it uses the same program names and registry keys so it will overwrite these. |

You can certainly install TTN1, backup the Pocket PC and storage card to disk, then install TTN2, back this up, and when you want to use TTN1 restore your complete image, and same for TTN2, but anything else you've done since on the Pocket PC will be wiped.
There won't be anyway to have the two systems installed at once, because it uses the same program files, registry settings, it's just not possible. |
