I tried to sign up for this but it didn't recognize my user id?

is that my activation code or something else?

how do you sync up your places in Telmap planner with you phone?

That's interesting. I can register at the planner using the serial number in the about and it looks like it could be a really useful tool. The few 'my places' currently on the website for my login are not mine however and it doesn't sync with my mobile ones.

If this was working it would make life a lot easier to plan routes etc.

Sorry, but the Telmap Planner is an old development that was never released and is not supported.
If anything is actually working there for you it is purely by chance.

We are working on a new web tool - however I really can't say when it might be released for general use.

Well, good luck with the new tool and let us know when to start testing it. I think that type of function would be of real benefit.
