Rout66 Navigate Espana Portugal

I bought this map to use with my navman 3400 as the navman maps of Portugal are completly useless as they cover only main roads.
But have been having problems geting the thing to conect with the sleeve.
I have tried diferent things but am now runing out of patience. Contacted www.Route66.com many times and have also phoned them but no help what so ever. I am very desapointed with their customer service.
Problem is i keep geting same message when i try to conect. Can not retrieve valid gps data. I am using ipak5100 with navman sleeve.
Can any one help?

To use the Navman sleeve with third party applications you usually have to install a new serial driver.

This is the Navman Serial Driver that should then work with other applications:-

hi, thanks for your help. I downloaded the navman drivers as you indicated but rout 66 still will not conect . cannot open com4 is the message on the screen.
can you help.
